Will an EBikeKit be compatible with my current bicycle?
Our conversion kits are designed to fit most standard 26-inch and 700c bicycles. We recommend checking your front or rear fork width to ensure a minimum clearance of 100mm for front kits and 135mm for rear kits.
How long does the battery take to charge and what is the range?
A full charge typically takes 4 to 6 hours. Depending on the terrain and level of pedal assist used, you can expect a range of 25 to 45 miles per charge.
What is your return policy for conversion kits?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If the kit is unassembled and in its original packaging, you can return it for a full refund minus shipping costs.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the continental United States and Canada. Due to lithium battery regulations, shipping to other international destinations is handled on a case-by-case basis via specialized carriers.
Is the EBikeKit waterproof for riding in the rain?
All components are IP65 water-resistant, meaning they can handle splashes and light rain. However, we do not recommend riding through deep puddles or pressure washing the electrical components.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
Every EBikeKit comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects on the motor, battery, and controller.
