Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for the return to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the uninstalled e-bike components back into their original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all manuals and hardware are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your replacement kit within 5-7 business days.
